Description:
The Burton's Snake-Lizard is brown to cream in colouring with a wedge-shaped head. It has a tail that is as long as or longer than it's body. It has a noticeable ear opening.
 
Size:
Adults 30 - 60 cm
 
Behaviour:
Both diurnal and nocturnal.
 
Prey:
Other reptiles: mainly skinks.
 
Reproduction:
Females lay 2 eggs.
